Did not respect the delivery time

Did not respect the delivery time
Too long for an already designed and simple case
I had to pick up my case at the post office. Would have appreciate to receive it at my door as it is very inconvenient due to time restrictions to go to the post office

I haven't gotten the product yet

I haven't gotten the product yet, so can't review that. As far as my purchasing experience, my feedback is that your designs leave a lot to be desired, particularly for men. I see a lot of really cool designs that are very feminine, probably 85% seem designed to appeal to women. Of the ones outside that category, it was still hard for me to find one that I thought would be worth the premium price. I love the artistic cases, I just wish there was some cooler designs. If Society6 had magsafe cases, I would have gone with them over Casetify no doubt.

I have no regrets!

I bought my first phone case with casetify it was very straightforward and easy, I especially loved how price of USD won't change if you don't live in USA; I thought it would convert to my country's price of it but it didn't. You rarely have that with online purchases!

I’ve got 4 iPhone cases and 1 iPad case…

I’ve got 4 iPhone cases and 1 iPad case from casetify website. I can still see them in my order history even website switch HK to CN. But why am I not the gold level?
Another thing is 2 of them degumming border. I truly worry about the quality through my experience.
The case of CASETiFY is really special and beautiful. Please improve the quality.Thanks.

I don’t love the website

I don’t love the website, having no ability to search and I hate that the page reloads back to the top after you click out of something. I also find it disappointing I couldn’t use a coupon code because the case I was getting was “too new”. I’ve had cases from here before and liked them, and I can’t find many other Iphone 14 cases, that’s the only reason I ordered from here.

I haven't had the chance to use your…

I haven't had the chance to use your awesome cases yet. But as a first time customer and small business owner i think that its a bit weird that your first 10% off doesn't apply to your "new products." And then your shipping is another $20.

Discount wasn't applied

I couldn't search a specific case, like dog, snake, all I could do was search by animal etc, unless I couldn't find the search tool.
Also I was offered 10% off if I ticked that I would accept emails from Casetify, which I thought would come up in the total after I registered my email address, which it did not.
So i am disappointed in that regard, it's only because my son wanted a specific case I proceeded with the purchase.
Overall experience poor.

cross device designs

i just think it would be nice to have designs for iphone also be able to be put on ipads, yknow? if i really like a design for a phone case it would be amazing to have it for a tablet-as the tablet choices aren’t always good

Fixed your service better and more better

Fixed your delivery issues
Buying casing taking forever to reach and a lot excuses you guys giving never once trying to settle the customer issue always blaming on other
This time need to pay more for delivery fees if this time also I didn’t get my case on time won’t dream I will supporting buying this product
Customer very good in replying and delivery company good in giving excuses plus excuses in the end I’m the one look like useless person
Take abit responsibility
Give customer peace off mind

they all come apart too soon

Love the look of the cases, but every one I have ever bought (and there’s been 5 or 6 now) has come apart. I.e. the backing greats away from the side frame.given they are a more expensive case, they should last longer too.

Can you share a success story using Casetify?

Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.

Product misrepresentation. Drop test inaccurate. Cracked phone from a 3 ft drop.

Scam. I ordered a case 3 weeks ago when the site said 2-3 day shipping. I see their ads all the time and a bunch of my fav youtubers have them but they suck balls and they should be required to give a tracking number.
